BOOKINGS, GUEST COMMUNICATION + REVIEWS
All guest liaison is taken care of. This includes all inquiries, access, any issues, maintenance issues and after hours messaging and phone calls.

We have expert knowledge in seasonal fluctuations, local/state-wide events and peak holiday periods so your nightly rate will always be set to achieve the best occupancy and return.

We provide professional cleaning to the highest standard after each stay and supply beautiful, crisp white linen which is professionally laundered and pressed. An inspection is carried out after each stay and you will be advised of any maintenance issues that need to be addressed, if they arise and your rubbish and recycling will be taken care of.

LOOKING AFTER YOUR GUESTS
Your guests will be provided with quality tea & coffee provisions and bathroom amenities. We provide a professional house manual which includes local tourist information. Each guest is reviewed and we encourage guests to review your property which in turn increases bookings. All guest reviews are responded to personally.

GENERAL + LOCAL ADVICE
We can provide advice on insurance and local council permits if required. We can also put you in touch with local trades to help get your property ready for AirBnB.

P R I C I N G + C O S T S
Our fully comprehensive AirBnB Management service is 20% + GST of the total guest accommodation payout for each booking.
A complete explanation of costs and a copy of our contract will be provided at our first meeting, as will an estimate of what your property could potentially earn.
